By using Break the Siege, you agree to these terms and conditions. This platform is designed for lawful advocacy based on International Court of Justice orders.

Purpose: This site facilitates contact with government representatives regarding enforcement of ICJ provisional measures for humanitarian access to Gaza.

Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use this platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails or spam
• Impersonate others or use false information
• Violate anti-spam laws or government email policies
• Harass, threaten, or abuse government representatives
• Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content

Legal Compliance

Your responsibilities:

• Use your real name and accurate contact information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect government email policies and procedures
• Use the platform for legitimate advocacy purposes only

Limitation of Liability

Break the Siege provides advocacy tools "as-is." We are not responsible for:

• Government responses or lack thereof
• Email delivery failures or blocks
• Changes in government contact information
• Your use of the platform or violation of these terms
